Reyha Dance Center Policies
Effective for the 2025/2026 Dance Season
-
Please read carefully to ensure you understand our tuition & billing policies.
- DUE AT TIME OF ENROLLMENT: Annual Family Registration Fee ($50) will be assessed at time of enrollment. If enrolling after August 1st, your 1st month's tuition will also be due at time of enrollment (1st month's tuition will be automatically prorated if applicable). The Annual Family Registration Fee is non-refundable.
- AUTO PAY: All enrolled families are required to be on auto pay. Your card on file will be charged the 1st of each month. In the case of a late payment or declined card, it is the family's responsibility to log into the Parent Portal and make the payment to avoid Late Fees. We cannot accommodate requests to charge the card on a different day.
- TUITION INSTALLMENTS: There is an annual tuition cost that is split up into 11 installments (August - June) for your convenience. All installments are equal, with the exception of June, which is charged at 1/2 the regular monthly tuition. Tuition is charged regardless of the number of weeks or classes in the month. We do not charge more for months with 5 weeks, nor do we prorate for studio breaks or holidays. Families joining mid-season have their annual tuition cost automatically prorated. Families are welcome to pay an entire semester or the entire annual tuition cost upfront if they prefer - please contact the studio for details.
- TUITION DUE DATE: Tuition is due the 1st of each month and your card on file will be charged.
- LATE FEE: Tuition payments not collected within 5 days of the due date are subject to a $30 Late Fee, per week tuition is past due. All accounts that are 2 months past due will automatically be sent to collections by our billing department.
- CASH/CHECK: We do not accept cash or check. All enrolled families must have an active card on file.
- REFUNDS: Annual membership fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or discounts given for absences or studio breaks/holidays. Tuition is non-refundable. Performance fees, costume fees, competition fees, merchandise fees, and Team/Company fees are non-refundable.
- CANCELLED CLASSES: Reyha Dance Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, efforts will be made to provide alternative options for affected students.
- TUITION CREDIT: Tuition credit is given only in case of extreme injury with a doctor's note, at the studio owner's discretion.
- CHARTER FUNDS: We happily accept charter funds from many local charter schools. Please contact the studio for more details. Charter funds can be applied towards tuition only and cannot be used for registration/membership fees, competition fees, performance fees, costume fees, tickets, merchandise, etc. Charter funds must be received each month BEFORE tuition is processed on the 1st. Many charter schools allow multiple months of vouchers to be created at the same time - we strongly recommend this option. If we do not receive your charter voucher BEFORE the 1st of the month, we reserve the right to charge your card on file the full tuition amount.
- VIP REGISTRATION WEEK TERMS & CONDITIONS: If enrolling during VIP Registration Week, you will receive 5% off the following listed tuition rates for the entirety of Season 4 (August 2025 - June 2026). This discount does not include non-tuition items such as merchandise, summer camps, special events, costumes, tickets, performance packages, etc. If a family who has qualified for a VIP Registration tuition discount wishes to withdraw, and re-enroll at a later date, their tuition discount becomes void.
- SIBLING DISCOUNT: 10% discount is offered for siblings. Sibling with most hours pays highest tuition.

The non-participation form must be submitted by January 18th, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for any charges if this form is not completed prior to the charge date. If the non-participation form is completed after January 18th 2026, but before February 15th 2025, costume fees will not be charged.

Exceptions to this attendance policy will be made for illness, injury, etc. Please communicate with our front desk staff and your child's instructor about your unique situation.
